‘The Girls really enjoyed their day at SAS-GO over the summer. They were given the opportunity to take part
in team building related activities all of which have helped them gel within their squads as they head into their
football season. Their parents faces as they collected them at the end of the day were an absoloute picture
with many of the girls still with painted faces after the personal camouflage and concealment exercise.’

Father and Son Bushcraft Day - Peter Sewell, Science Teacher, Sprowston High School, Norwich

‘A fantastic day. We worked well as a father and son team and enjoyed all the activities. We found all the site
staff to be helpful, instructive and patient. The accommodation provided gave the right level of ‘wildness’ and
yet comfort. Regular tea breaks were a great time to reflect and chat. We were not aware of time passing and
felt the pace of the day was perfect. Ben even said he could happily have spent another hour on each activity
which is not true (dad speaking here) but tells me he felt fully engaged and respected throughout the day. We
learnt loads of new skills which we will put into practice. We have already been to some local woods to collect wood to make a den in the garden and will be making fires without matches. Ben is inspired – well done!’
